A message from Fatima: Chaotic Good BS intentionally accepts a limited number of consulting engagements each year for me to work on.

My work centers on clarity, systems, and sustainable growth. Effectively, I will study and understand everything you would like to accomplish, provide you with considerations, and build you a roadmap.

Execution builds (e.g. mobile apps, web portals) are considered only when they are a natural extension of the strategy and align with my capacity and scope.

Exceptions are made if your project or endeavor absolutely lights me up.

What this is:
A focused advisory engagement for early-stage founders who feel overwhelmed by decisions, structure, or direction.

Includes:

What this is:
A systems-level audit for small businesses that are already operating but leaking time, money, or sanity.

Includes:

  • Process mapping (what’s actually happening vs what’s documented)

  • Bottleneck and inefficiency identification

  • Tech + tooling assessment

  • Strategic roadmap with recommendations and sequencing

 
Optional add-on:
Short implementation advisory (time-boxed).

What this is:
Execution work, only when it naturally follows one of the above engagements and the scope makes sense.
